Virt-U Coconut Oil® contains 91% saturated fat and 9% of unsaturated fat which include 49% lauric acid (C12:0), 20% myristic acid (C14:0), 8% palmitic acid (C16:0), 7% caprylic acid, 5% capric acid (8:0) and 3% stearic acid (C18:0).

Simply put the bottle in warm water and it will liquify within minutes after doing so.
